Premium Wedding Package

Price $14,200 +tax


This package is for the couple wanting a stress-free wedding day where you can sit back, relax, and let someone else handle all the details for the day.

Have access to Swansea Ranch from 10am till midnight. This package includes, Service includes, 1 hour rehearsal the day before, full setup and teardown (including garbage removal) of ceremony and cocktail area and the transparent reception tent as well as access all to décor.

We will setup and decorate everything. Anything additional that you provide and rent can be dropped off earlier in the week although structures and heavy items must be setup and placed by the couple.

DAY OF COORDINATOR

New to 2025. Oversee preparation of the the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Make sure everything goes where it should and that everyone does what they need to. Help ensure that no details are missed, things are timed properly. Work with couples on timeline and vendor checklists up to a month out from wedding. Ceremony rehearsal included.

Ceremony and Cocktail Reception Package

Price $3,000 + tax


This package is for the couple who are wanting something a little different and are looking for a more relaxed and affordable option to have a stunning ceremony and a great option for an alternative to a sit down dinner.

Have access to Swansea Ranch for 5 consecutive hour with final finish time by 5:30pm. Service includes, 1 hour rehearsal the day before, full setup and teardown (including garbage removal) of ceremony and cocktail reception area and access to décor.

Take advantage of all the stunning photo spots around Swansea Ranch. Whether you wish to do a private first look or do photos after the ceremony, there are numerous beautiful spots from rolling hills, golden fields, open mountain views or by the pond.

For those who wish to continue the party for dinner and dancing at a different location, feel free to ask us about potential locations and our Design & Setup service.
